Gutters in Hawaiian Gardens, Installed and Repaired With Care
We install, repair and replace gutters and downspouts so the water off your roof ends up where it should: away from your fascia, walls and foundation. Every visit starts with a free inspection, and you get a written estimate before any work begins.
Your Gutters Work Hand in Hand With Your Roof
A gutter exists to collect the rain running off your roof and carry it away from the house. Once a run sags, clogs or comes loose, that water spills over, soaks the fascia and collects at the foundation. Since it's dry here most of the year, a failing gutter can go unnoticed until the first heavy winter storm.
We're roofers before anything else, so we check the gutter and roof edge as one system. A gutter drains only as well as the drip edge and fascia behind it, so we look at those too and give you a straight answer. Sometimes a few new hangers and a resealed corner are enough. Other times the run is spent, and replacing it beats patching it every year.
We care for your home the way we'd want a neighbor to care for ours. We hold a roofing contractor license, CSLB 1092407 (C-39), and we carry insurance.
What Our Gutter Work Covers
- Continuous gutters formed on site
- We roll each gutter run out of a coil right in your driveway and cut it to the exact length of your roofline, so joints show up only at the corners and ends. Fewer joints leave water fewer places to drip.
- Downspouts and drainage
- We decide where each downspout goes based on how much roof drains toward it. Then we finish it with an extension or splash block that sends the water out past walls, walkways and planters.
- Repairs to existing gutters
- Loose hangers, leaking corners, failed end caps and runs that have lost their slope. We reset the pitch so water moves toward the outlet instead of standing.
- Fascia and drip edge check
- Soft or rotted fascia will not hold a gutter for long. We show you any damaged wood with photos before quoting its repair, and we confirm the drip edge directs water into the gutter, not behind it.
- Gutter guards on request
- If trees drop leaves or needles onto your roof, we can talk through whether guards make sense for your home. They are not right for every roof, and we will say so.
When Your Gutters Are Telling You Something
Overflow during rain
Water pouring over the outer lip in a storm means the gutter is packed with debris, too small for the roof area above it, or tilted away from the outlet.
Sagging or pulling away
A run that dips between hangers holds water and gets heavier each storm. Eventually it tears loose from the fascia.
Peeling paint or stains below
Streaks on the siding, stained stucco or flaking paint on the fascia usually mean water is getting behind the gutter.
Puddles or erosion at the foundation
Washed-out soil, muddy beds or standing water near the house point to a downspout that is clogged, disconnected or ending too close.
Rust, cracks or split seams
Older steel gutters rust through at the seams, and sun-worn vinyl gets brittle and cracks. Once the metal or plastic itself fails, patches rarely last.
What Goes Into a Gutter Price
The cost of gutter work comes mainly from how much you need and the shape your roof edge is in. We measure at your home and write up the estimate, so the price fits your house.
Footage and corners
The total length of gutter, how many corners it turns and the number of downspouts set the starting point.
Reach and working room
A second-story edge or a cramped side yard needs more setup and time than a one-story run beside an open driveway.
The fascia behind it
Rotted fascia must be replaced before new gutters go up. We can only tell how much after the old gutter comes off, and we show you before taking on extra work.
Materials and extras
Gutter size, color, guards and downspout extensions all change what goes on the materials list.
How a Gutter Job Goes
- 1
Free inspection
We walk the roof edge, check each run and downspout, and look at the fascia behind them. You get photos of anything that needs work.
- 2
Written estimate
We explain whether repair or replacement makes more sense and put the scope and price in writing, line by line. Nothing starts until you agree to it.
- 3
Work day
Most gutter jobs take a day. We take down old gutters, repair any damaged fascia, then hang the new runs with the right pitch and secure hangers. We keep ladders off your plants and work around your family's comings and goings.
- 4
Water test and a tidy yard
With the new runs up, we run a hose at the far end of each gutter and watch the water travel all the way out of every downspout. The old gutters leave in our truck, and we sweep the yard and driveway for screws and metal clippings so nothing ends up in a tire or a bare foot.

Gutter Questions We Hear Often
Should I repair my gutters or replace them?
If the metal is sound and the problem is a few loose hangers, one dripping corner or a run that has lost its pitch, a repair usually does it. Rusted-through spots, seams splitting in several places or cracked vinyl point toward new gutters. We show you what we found and give you both choices when both are reasonable.
Can new gutters go up with my new roof?
Yes, and it's an ideal time. With the fascia and drip edge already open, we can repair damage and fit the gutter to the new edge. Bring it up during your roof replacement estimate.
How often should gutters be cleaned?
Around here, once a year is enough for many roofs, best done in fall before the winter rain. Overhanging trees can mean twice a year or more. At the inspection we'll let you know how much debris has gathered and how quickly yours seem to fill.
Does insurance pay for gutter damage?
Everyday wear usually isn't covered, though gutters hurt by a storm or a falling branch sometimes are. We work directly with your insurance adjuster with photos and a written scope, and the adjuster decides coverage.
