The Roofers Down the Street in Hawaiian Gardens

We work on roofs for families in Hawaiian Gardens and the towns around it. We climb up, look closely, tell you what we found in plain words and leave your yard the way we found it. It all starts with a free roof inspection.

How We Like to Work

Most people call a roofer only when something is already wrong: a stain on the ceiling, a few tiles slipped out of line, granules piling up in the gutter. That is a stressful moment, so we try to make the first visit the calm part. We check the main field of the roof, the flashing at walls and vents, and the edges where water runs off, then come down and walk you through it.

We take photos of what we see, so you can look at the same cracked tile or lifted shingle we did. When a smaller fix makes sense, that is the job we price for you. When the underlayment or decking has given out and patching would only buy a few months, we show you the evidence and talk through what a new roof would involve. Either way, you get a free written estimate with the work listed line by line, so you can compare, ask questions and decide on your own time.

Once the work is scheduled, we treat your home the way we would want a neighbor to treat ours. Plants and walkways get covered, and we keep the driveway open when we can. At the end of each work day we go over the lawn, flower beds and patio for loose nails and scraps of old roofing, so your kids and pets can walk outside without a second thought.

What You Can Count On From Us

Straight answers on repair or replacement

Plenty of roofs have good years left once a worn pipe boot or a few cracked tiles are replaced. We tell you when that is the case, and we tell you just as plainly when it isn't.

Help with your insurance claim

When wind or a falling branch damages your roof, we document it with photos and notes and work directly with your insurance adjuster. We explain each step as it comes. The adjuster makes the coverage decision, and we will be honest with you about that.

Your roof explained in English or Spanish

Se habla español. We offer service in English and Spanish, from the first phone call to the final walk-around, so nobody in your family has to translate roofing terms.

Where We Work

We work on roofs in Hawaiian Gardens and the nearby cities, including Lakewood, Cerritos, Artesia, Norwalk, Bellflower, Cypress, La Palma, Buena Park, Stanton and Seal Beach. Tile, asphalt shingle and flat roofs all sit side by side around here, so we are used to switching between them, and we handle roof repair, roof replacement and gutters on all three. Our Service Areas page has more on each town.
